	Visual identity and website for Noces, a holistic creative studio, which blends immersive storytelling with holistic practices to create unique brand experiences. 

The organic logotype, inspired by plant motifs in decorative arts and architecture, is formed by an unraveling thread that spells ‘Noces’, a metaphor for connection and flow. The intertwined letters convey a sense of relaxation, like a breeze flowing through the logotype. The symbolic monogram, shaped like a keyhole, subtly reveals an ‘N’, inviting discovery. Fluid and ornamental, the mirrored elements reflect duality, harmony and calm.

	Visual identity for London restaurant Canal done for Mestiza Estudio.

The drawing of this logotype takes inspiration in the water element, as well as the city’s waterway maps. The word canal is written in a continuous line using a bevelled nib. The stroke mimics waves. The flowing and floating wordmark is at the intersection between drawing and word. The logotype explores the symmetrical nature of the word canal, pushing the similarity between the curves of&#38;nbsp;‘C’ and ‘l’.

Inspired by the ropes that underline the curves of the brand’s bags and shoes, the logotype is embossed in leather like a signature in motion. The rope draws the four letters of Sūra, which wrap around themselves to form the monogram. Logotype, monogram and type design as well as packaging and stationary. The font used throughout the identity is Touraine.

A workshop in Haute-Savoie where she makes beautiful objects and teaches a range of techniques, including throwing, modelling, slab and enamelling. Her initials are nestled into one another, like the hands throwing a chunk of clay, forming one letter.

	Machine like Man focuses on the link between humans and machines, through the lense of one specific object: the keyboard.
Our primary source of contact with the computer, a tool that we use everyday for work and leisure, the keyboard, always at the tip of our fingers has practically become an extension of our hand. However it stays discreet and unnoticed. Today there is a lack of mechanic interaction, ironed out by flat touch-screens. In fact the pushbutton is slowly disappearing. I believe the act of pressing a key is a useful link between our thoughts and the printed letter on the paper. A necessary bridge that connects an otherwise disconnected action. A button being pressed and released allows us to unconsciously register the beginning and the end of the action. Something that swiping or touching does not allow for. Machine like Man is a visual story of the evolution of the keys through the years, their architecture, the act of typing, the human posture and hand choreographies, the notion of pocket-size, port-able &#38;amp; handheld objects, as well as the notion of the office.

	Item&#38;nbsp;is a typeface family that was created alongside for the project&#38;nbsp;Machine like Man.
Its structure comes from the dot-matrix grid-based fonts created for the early printers. The family consists of four styles: Vector, Italic, Pixel &#38;amp; Dotmatrix. The styles are based on the same grid — 9px high. The pixels can only be moved one by one vertically and by ½ a pixel horizontal-ly. The height of the grid limits the height of the character; accents are fitted to the ascendants. Italic was created by shifting the grid in a system-atic manner. In this family, Dotmatrix works as an equivalent to a light weight. Vector is based on the same grid and keeps the same horizontal weight, with soft optical corrections. My design process was bottom-up — starting from dot-matrix and going to outlines, rather than top-down — starting from master outlines and rasterising. The vector version is meant to be used in small sizes, and the component versions in big. The family is multi-plexed, all the cuts have the same metrics, which makes them easily interchangeable in a lay-out.

	Barbara Radice &#38;amp; Fragments of Terrazzo is the title of my thesis written in the course of my MA in Type Design at ecal.&#38;nbsp;

Terrazzo is a bi-annual magazine, published from 1988 to 1995, with a focus on architecture and design, with an accent on contemporary works in Italy and abroad. It was edited in Milan by Barbara Radice and a small team; graphic designer Christoph Radl, editorial consultant Anna Wagner, photographer Santi Caleca and designer Ettore Sottsass. Barbara Radice was the spokeswoman of Memphis. The disciplines touched on span literature, poetry, history, science, philosophy, art and anthropology. I’m interested in the topics the magazine explored, and understanding how it reflected the design thinking at the time and the relationship it maintained to the Italian radical design movement that started in the 1960s. The first part of the mémoire explores Barbara Radice’s role as an art critic, editor and curator. The second part, built on the archive material found at the Bibliothèque Kandinsky, in Paris, scans through the magazine, zooming in and out of the object, through a series of short essays : Terrazzo , a versatile name, Making-of, On colour, Curated ads, A bird’s eye view, On kitchens, On plans and Future ways of living.
